Hock Keong Ng

Hock Keong is the Deputy CEO of CPF Board and a pioneer of the Singapore Government e-Services since 1997. He was also the Proposer and Implementer of SingPass ver 1.0 in 2002. He spearheads the Board’s digitization transformation movement, and has implemented many new digital service initiatives, including the PayNow service for CPF members and employers, the Mobile App for CPF, and the revamp of CPF website which is one of the most transacted e-gov websites in Singapore. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Ng took on various senior leadership positions in the Board ranging from Customer Relations, Service Planning, to Collection & Enforcement.
Mr Ng holds a MBA from RMIT University and BSc (IT) from National University of Singapore. He joined the public service in 1989. For his contributions to the public service, he was conferred Public Service Administration (Bronze), Public Service Administration (Silver), Public Service Administration (Silver Bar) in 2005 2011 and 2024 respectively. Mr Ng is married with 3 children. He became a grandfather recently.
